Ok, body checkup. Mainly I’m doing this because my thinking and snappy rapport is a bit too fuddled to write an interesting blog. I think I’d rather not. Energy is low today. Legs are weak. I am not walking long distances. A doctor, friend of mine, came by yesterday because he is fretting over my age. He’s 92! Anyhow, he’s determined that my blood pressure is up so he prescribed some blood pressure medicine. So, this morning before I came out to Formosa Plastic’s ditch, I went by Walmart Pharmacy and I picked the closest spot to the door. And that is another difference between fasting and non-fasting. When I’m fasting, and on day 9, I pick parking spots closest to the door. Normally I don’t. I park a mile away. I like the hike. Call me crazy. Anyhow, today I am on the lookout for those energy thieves, like stringing two sentences together.
